Master Suite features a fully-equipped kitchen with a wide selection of stainless-steel appliances and all cooking needs.

Garden-level Casita suite sleeps 2 in cozy bedroom featuring a new queen bed, comfy pillows, fine linens and a private tiled bathroom/shower, all situated on the stunning garden with royal palm, and fruit trees. The Casita Suite features a new, fully-equipped kitchen, tastefully-furnished living room with gas fireplace, MegaCable flat-screen TV,

Laundry with new washer and dryer, ironing board and iron and half bath.

Rental Option 2 – Casita Suite only

Note - When the owners are in residence they use the master suite and share access to all exterior areas while respecting the casita tenant’s privacy. When they are not in residence, the master suite is locked and remains unoccupied.

Rental Option 1: $2200 USD.  Includes: Water, Cable/wifi, Cleaning twice a week, and gardener once a week.
