La Noria, Residencia 4

Reimagining life in San Miguel Centro. The 16 unit, residential Complex La Noria is located in the historic center of San Miguel de Allende, 6 blocks near the Jardin. The project offers pedestrian access through Organos street and vehicular access into the underground parking through San Antonio Abad street.

Each Residence has been carefully placed, allowing virtually in all of them to have two to three façades, something uncommon in the historic center of San Miguel.
La Noria has been conceived with a “Contemporary Mexican Style” using materials from the region, such as stone, quarry, plaster, white washed beams, all in light colors to give the spaces lots of light.
