Welcome to Casa Grace.  Our quiet, spacious, light filled home will give you a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle of centro  San Miguel.  It is a 5 minute taxi ride to the Jardine and the many restaurants and stores that surround it. Also there are buses going to centro every 10 minutes at the entrance to our complex.  After many years of living in different locations in the centre of San Miguel we longed for a more peaceful and light filled location.  Thus by grace we found Casa Grace.

You will enjoy our lovely white home with skylights on everyfloor and floor to ceiling terrace windows streaming light on the marble floors throughout.

The Space:

The first floor living area is spacious and welcoming.  It has  a  fully equipped kitchen with lovely earthenware dishes made locally in San Miguel.  It features a funtional open floor plan with the kitchen flowing into our dining and living area.  This opens into our charming walled in Mexican garden filled with cactus, sucullents, grasses and a lime tree.  It has a gas barbecue and comfortable seating area.

The next floor features  a comfortable tastefully decorated master bedroom with a kingsize bed, a complete wall of closet space, a dresser and a master bath.   There is also a cozy seperate  television nook with a smart TV.

A few steps away is an open light filled studio with tables and a covered terrace for outside artwork and a sofa day bed.

The next floor has a peaceful white bedroom with a queen size bed and antique mexican furniture.    A favorite spot is the flower filled terrace directly  off the bedroom.  It is a perfect place for an early evening reprieve watching San Miguels spectacular sunsets and the humming birds at the feeder.  This floor has a large walkin closet, deep drawers, shelving  and a light filled bathroom with a large shower and a built in vanity.

The entranceway on the ground floor has a washer, dryer, sink and armoire for food storage.

It includes all services and maid twice a week  1350 usd a month.
