Every room opens onto a garden and the main living space features spectacular views, through floor to ceiling sliding glass panels, of the Presa Obraje, its surrounding canyon, and the hills to the north of San Miguel de Allende. On the garden level, a 14.5 meter heated swimming pool and jacuzzi are complemented by a large covered poolside patio featuring living and dining areas, a full kitchen, changing cabana, half bath and outdoor shower. And connecting the house, an elevator makes the entire house wheelchair accessible.

Efficient Rinnai gas furnaces keep the house warm and comfortable in the winter and the wonderful natural breezes that come down the canyon keep the house cool and comfortable all year long.
