It is built with adobe bricks which gives it a great thermo mass (cool in summer and warm in winter).  It has a very large passive solar living room .The kitchen and the dining room have an amazing view of the lake including  a nice terrace to enjoy your meals outdoors in the afternoons. The sunset views on the lake are fabulous. The master bedroom is also quite large. A good place for those who like wide open space everywhere.
