Colonial Villa in Las Ventanas

Something about the simplicity of repeating patterns has always captured my eye.  Not surprisingly, it was the first detail I noticed about this home.  The square cut outs in the upper walls are a unifying motif that is repeated in the small square windows cleverly placed throughout the house, as well as in the square panes of the various windows and French doors.   Paired with a minimum number of high end finishes that appear throughout the house, the overall effect is one of class and style.
