The rent includes water, cable and internet bill. Electric and gas have a monthly top. Cleaning service might have an extra fee.
Small dogs are accepted with approval, not cats sorry. $100 USD per dog, per month.
No smokers.
The laundry is close and there is home delivery.

Special rate for one person for long term $1,400.00 USD / monthly. (minimum 1 year)
The rental rate incluides all the bills and housekeeper once a week.
