The house has an enchanting style, very colorful, very San Miguel. The gardens are unique, the cacti are around 50 years old. 

In the main house, on the ground level is the tv room, full equipped kitchen and Laundry. In the top level are two bedrooms in the style of “Loft” with a shared bathroom.The bathroom has a secret access to drop the clothes to the laundry, that is handy!

There is a separate casita with independent access with a kitchenette and full bathroom.
