There are great restaurants and cafes, as well as local grocery stores. It is a flat and easy walk everywhere. You don't need a car because everything is close, something that defines Guadalupe is its colorful streets, as you pass by you will find murals and street art. Also a unique feature are the names of the streets, “Maria Felix, Cri cri, Tatanacho, Cielito Lindo, among others. Just a 15-minute walk from the Main Square.

The house is very private, in general terms it is on two levels plus a rooftop,  it has 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom and walk-in closet, an equipped kitchen, a laundry center and a covered parking space. 

As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a bright living room with two-story windows that overlook a courtyard with fountains. There is a powder room off the living room, as well as a cozy library nook.

The lower level bedroom has a queen bed and the upstairs bedroom has a king bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms and walk-in closets. The home has a well-equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and countertop convection oven. There is a dining table that seats 8 people.

A notable feature of Casa Cri Cri is the spacious upper terrace with views of the church and iconic San Miguel sunsets.
