Villa Marco Polo amazing 4 bedroom house $2,800 USD per month long term

The main house has 4 huge bedrooms all with built in closets. and 6 bathrooms,most have walkout view of garden with wrap around 60 foot long balconies with 8 foot depth.

Looks like an old hacienda stvle( from the backview) with 20 stone columns of cantera.Garden inside is covered with camelina flowers on walls.There are palm trees, mango, lime and avocado trees plus many small palm plants(with water drip system in pots on both balconies and many potted plants around house. Cantera tiles cover garden floor(surrounded with ground cover that doesn't need to be cut just weeded occasionally) .Both levels of balconies have several overhead ceiling fans to cool you outside as you are sitting over the garden.

Garden has sprinkler system.Outside walls of garden walls are very Mexican
surrounded by the Tequila plant yucca cactus.

The interior kitchen is huge in painted Mexican green milkpaint.There is a locked pantry at the rear of kitchen with owners private kitchen tools

The there is a water filtering system attached to the fridge which allows filtered cold water and filtered ice maker..So there is only filtered water through the fridge water system.

In the first floor bedroom there is a locked
owners clothes closet . The house is cleaned every two weeks ) . The gardener will attend garden once per month for monthly maintenance but the sprinkler system takes care of the watering and should be set .There is parking free outside 
There are two laundry rooms one in the main house main floor and the casita has its own laundry room with washer /dryer . 
All bedrooms have Queensize beds and the casita bed is an antique queensize bed covered in Milagros (head board and footboard .)for those into Mexican folklore as well. Both main house and casita have gas fireplaces .All bedrooms have overhead fans as well as living room.
This is an amazing house full of so many details that most person would fall in love with it and enjoy the complexity of discovering them all...
