This lovely Suite is in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in town, Vista Antigua at 34 minute walk to La Parroquia in Centro.

The suite on the second level of a modern colonial home within a cup-de-sac.  The suite comes furnished with a bed, side table, sofa and desk, as well as. It is equipped has mini split, an ample bathroom, and a large walk-in-closet.    The well-lit suite has views to the culture-de-sac's park. The entrance hallway to the suite provides a coffee station, microwave , and a small refrigerator.  The room has a balcony with beautiful Mountain View.  It also comes with access to another large terrace with an outdoor kitchen area that can accommodate a grill along with a nice half bathroom.

The large terrace has views to the well trimmed garden the cut-de-sac.

Rent includes parking for one car if needed.  The Vista Antigua community has 24/7 security, sidewalks through out, and a walking/jogging trail.

All utilities are included in the rent, and cleaning of the suite twice a week.  There is no laundry access.

The suite will be furnished. But the furniture in the picture is not included.
