The suite on the second level of a modern colonial home within a cul-de-sac.  The suite comes furnished with a bed, side tables, sofa and desk.  It is equipped has mini split, an ample bathroom, and a large walk-in-closet.    The well-lit suite has views to the cul-de-sac's park. The entrance hallway to the suite provides a coffee station, microwave , and a small refrigerator.  The room has a balcony with beautiful Mountain View.  It also comes with access to another large terrace with an outdoor kitchen area that can accommodate a grill along with a nice half bathroom.

The large terrace has views to the well trimmed garden the cul-de-sac.

Rent includes parking for one car if needed.  The Vista Antigua community has 24/7 security, sidewalks through out, and a walking/jogging trail.

All utilities are included in the rent, and cleaning of the suite twice a week.  

One small dog is allowed.
