On the ground floor are the dining & living room & Cantera stone gas fireplace, well equipped gourmet kitchen with all new appliances, convection oven, 6 burner stovetop, main refrigerator & additional beverage refrigerator, & reverse osmosis water system, & pantry.  Also on the ground floor; a master bedroom suite with queen bed, TV, and large desk & work area, large bath with shower and tub.

POLICIES:   NO SMOKERS,  NO PETS.  No extensions on rental dates except with negotiation & consent from owner rental agent.
GUEST POLICY:  Renter's guests have a 2 - 3 day maximum stay, except with negotiation & content from owner and rental agent.
RENTAL SHOWINGS WITH RENTAL AGENT:  As this property is rented with potential future bookings: renter will be contacted by rental agent requesting a convenient daytime showing of the property & house.  You, the renter, has 3 days to respond to rental agent’s request and you, the renter, may determine the time and date of a convenient showing within those three days.
REASONABLE REPAIRS:  Necessary repairs of house and garden will be made within a 7 to 10 day notice to renter of necessary work or repairs.  Convenient times and dates will be negotiated between renter, owner, workers and rental agent.
