Newly renovated in 2019, my home is a peaceful refuge with lots of natural light and spacious indoor-outdoor living areas.

The ground floor features an open-concept seating area with gas fireplace, large dining table and modern kitchen (equipped to please even a gourmet cook); cozy media room w/large-screen TV; full guest bathroom; spacious laundry room; and primary suite with king bed, mini-split that heats or cools, tv, ensuite bath with soaking tub, shower, dual vanities, and a cozy private patio. Outside the wall of French doors you’ll find a cozy seating area, stone fountain, and large dining table situated among citrus trees and flowering plants.

The upper floor consists of a large sitting room with TV, second king bedroom with tv and ensuite bathroom; plus covered outdoor seating and sunbathing areas.

Top quality linens, all new appliances and tasteful furnishings will enhance the enjoyment of your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
My home is not suitable for children under the age of 12, since the loft areas could be unsafe, with low walls that children could easily climb onto and fall from. No pets allowed.

Located in the very desirable neighborhood of San Antonio, which consists of a friendly mix of expats and locals, you’ll find plenty of small shops selling fresh fruit, veggies, meat, and groceries, along with several restaurants, amazing bakeries, organic markets and other shops.

Only an 8-10 minute, mostly flat walk to Centro, where the iconic Parroquia, Parque Juarez, luxury hotels, fine restaurants, trendy boutiques, and other attractions of San Miguel are located.
