Gallery House is an artistic haven located in the Guadiana neighborhood, steps away from the Guadiana park and a 10 minute flat walk to the Jardin.  It is comprised of  the main 2-bedroom home and and separate 1 bedroom Casita with a lush garden in-between.  The Casita is well appointed with full bath, private terrace and kitchen, and faces the street and overlooks the garden.  The main house is nestled in the back of the property and is full of light and absolutely unique.  Paintings from artist Ron Richie decorate all spaces, including the two living areas, dining room, office and kitchen downstairs.  Upstairs, two bedrooms and full bath have many vintage items.   It is rented long-term for a maximum of 6 months starting January for $2,500/month.  All utilities included except propane.  Prices in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated.
