Beautifuly decorated home in a cute complex called Casas Primavera., which is located at around 20-25 min walking distance from Centro. This house has two bedrooms with bathroom each one, in the second level. The main level has an open lay out that is always better for entertainment; next to the kitchen it has the laundry area. The plus is that the Primavera Hotel is next door and if you consume something they allow you to use the pool.
The price is $1300 usd plus utilities per month. It inlcudes maid twice a month.
Winter time $1600 usd per month includes utilities but gas; electricity included is $500 pesos per month, the surplus is paid by the tenant.
