The upstairs unit has quite a lot of light, and you generally won't need to turn on any lights during the day.  

There is a filtered water system throughout, so you can safely drink from any tap.

Screened windows on either end allow for a great breeze to flow through, and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living areas add even more ventilation.

In addition, the apartments are very secure, and include an exterior iron front door and individual doors to both the downstairs and upstairs units.

 

The Neighborhood

It's classic San Antonio. There’s a great little tienda on the corner that sells nearly everything and a coffee shop next door.  It’s somewhat more residential than the blocks closer to the Ancha, so a little quieter.  It's also right on the bus line, and best of all, it's a quick, flat walk to Centro. 

 

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
