How can I get a will done?

A will is generally hand written in your first language and then the Notario will translate it to Spanish and have you sign it. Compared to the US or Canada, they are fairly inexpensive and only cost a few hundred dollars (normally less than $500). Most notarios provide a simple fill-in-the-blank format that is suitable for our clients who just own one or two properties and who will leave the properties to family members.
