Andrés Rubiera

Andrés Rubiera L. is a native of San Miguel de Allende. As such his clients are afforded the benefit of his knowledge of the town history, contacts, places to visit (and not to visit) and more. He knows San Miguel like the back of his hand, an important skill when evaluating the most important real estate component; location.

Nearly 100% bilingual (Spanish/English) Andrés is able to connect with clients and effectively understand their needs. His practical and critical thinking skills are clear and concise when focusing on and addressing his clients´ expectations.

Andrés and his mother also have a retail boutique right in the middle of downtown San Miguel, which has been in business for 27 years. Since 2015 Andrés has managed the operation while fine tuning his design skills and learning how to administrate from a very young age. This has translated well into his real estate role not only in terms of customer service, but also with attention to transaction detail.

When Andrés can find free time, he continues to pursue his language studies in his quest to be multilingual as well as multicultural.
