The house is nestled in a small, friendly cul-de-sac which is both quiet and pretty. The neighborhood, Colonia Santa Julia, is within the ring road that circles the city. Easy access to this highway makes it quick to get to every corner of town. It is a 20 minute walk to the Jardin Principal, the central plaza of town.The house has two master bedroom suites, each with spacious walk-in closets. One features a traditional wood ceiling, and the other a boveda ceiling. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, various terraces (for indoor/outdoor living), a large garden and a carport.Casa Cima combines elements of both colonial and contemporary styles.
