Welcome to Casa Bambu, a three bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home overlooking beautiful ponds in the the Savilas section of Rancho los Labradores.
From the stained concrete floor entry, you walk up a gentle rise of 8 stairs to the living area featuring a spacious shabby chic kitchen with a pantry. The dining room is close by with a large window offering a sweeping view. The living room has a double sided fireplace unit facing a smaller sitting room on the other side. There is a large bedroom on this floor and a full bathroom.

Returning to the entry landing, walk down 8 stairs to the bedroom and laundry floor. Each of the two bedrooms has a walk-in closet and a bathroom. The floor houses the laundry room. The 2 bedrooms and studio each have terrace access.

The house has a total of 4 storage areas…1 on the upper level, 2 on the lower level and one outside for gardening equipment.
