Casa Perla

Casa Perla is located on a cul-de-sac street in “La Colina,” a small and desirable residential neighborhood between Atascadero and Balcones.

A stately stone façade that blends and contrasts with a vibrant red wall, leads into a small interior garden that helps us transition from the business of life into the serenity of home. Once inside the house a double height living room is filled with natural light and idyllic views to the back garden.
