Main House: There are two bedrooms and three full baths in the main house, in two levels, with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor, and the bedrooms on the second floor.

Casita: Has its own separate entrance and is easily accessible from outside the main house, which is convenient if the owner wants to turn it into an income-generating asset. It was designed as an artist studio, and has a kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. Likewise, it has many windows and lots of light, which highlight the beautiful San Miguel colors.

Gardens: The surrounding mature gardens have been immaculately maintained, as has the house, every inch of the grounds has been embellished.
