La Noria, Residence 6

The Residences are developed on three levels with pergola terraces at the top. Each residence has 2 parking spaces, and a storage unit in the parking level. All the houses have three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and closet or dressing rooms, washer and dryer or laundry room, living room, kitchen, terrace with a pergola section and the option to install an elevator. 10 of the houses include staff quarters.
