El Capricho is a quiet private community with a large common garden and controlled access. Near the main super market, the hospital, gyms, restaurants and next to the Malanquin Country Club. Just a few minutes’ drive from downtown and with easy access to the Libramiento(the loop that connects to the roads to the nearby cities).

From the living room, a large hall leads us to the formal dining room, the modern kitchen with breakfast table, access to the service quarters and laundry room, powder room, and at the end of the hall there is a bedroom with closet and full bathroom (at the moment this bedroom is equipped as a studio, but if needed it can be a ground floor bedroom).

The second floor can be accessed through the stairs or using the elevator. This full level is designed to be enjoyed with friends and family, ideal for a Sunday pizza party or a game night, or just a nice dinner Alfresco, enjoying the views of the Picacho mountains.

In addition to the great architectural design, the owners have installed a water purification system in the kitchen, a pressurization system throughout the house, mini split AC systems, remote control shades and a security system.

From the street, one can observe a sober-yet-impressive façade, with a two-car garage and a black door.
