One of the most charming houses in San Miguel de Allende, only two blocks from Parque Juarez and three blocks from el Jardin. This is an early San Miguel house returned as closely as possible to what may have been its original historic state with all the modern conviniences, 

An Hacienda style entrance leads you to the master suite on the left side, and on your right to a fully decorated pleasent living room and a delightful dining room where you can enjoy a good time with friends. The main kitchen has a traditional mexican design that includes a back kitchen pantry room with sink and refrigerator.

Both areas give you access to the main patio where you will find a beautiful three story central fountain, and a covered outdoor terrace with living and dining areas, lifted by carved wooden pillars. 

Behind the fountain you will discover an archway to the back patio. Inside the small corridor you will discover another cute bedroom on the left and its bathroom on the right. 

The patio guides you through a stairway to the third bedroom on the roof garden with a full view to the Parroquia. A quiet and homely outdoor sitting area.  

The price includes cleaning and gardener, twice a week, and utilities for a couple.
