Casa Darya

This contemporary home has an open floor concept with internal private patios, surrounded by large floor-to-ceiling windows, which fill all spaces with natural light and provide cross ventilation.
In a conscious attempt to make good use of our natural resources, the property comes with a rainwater harvesting system comprised of a 3-level sedimentation filter system and an 11,000-liter cistern. The system also has its dedicated water tank that will provide water to flush the toilet, irrigate landscaped areas, and clean the house.
On the same note, hot water will be largely provided by a rooftop solar water heater.
The house has a generous terrace surrounded by green elements (flowerpots on site and extensive green roofs). It has a barbecue area and a lounge with a central bonfire that invites users to decompress and enjoy the panoramic views.
Originally the word Darya (Iranian) means unlimited body of water, Casa Darya captures the beauty of this relatively unexplored landscape and its infinity.

Darya encompasses a reflective T-shaped water feature that is visible from almost every angle of the home.
