This single-level, ten-year-old villa was an early model, boasting a shorter walk to the community facilities. The American owner customized it during construction with such upgrades as a larger footprint, radiant flooring, American faucets and upgraded light fixtures and with a larger electrical panel, additional view windows in the upper mezzanine office, a dog fence, larger water heater and new pump, and plumbing installed for a roof terrace hot tub to accompany the small roof kitchen. Both bedrooms open to the rear terrace and because of the home’s siting and landscaping, the terrace and lawn offer far better privacy than other villas.
