San Antonio is known for its massive mesquite trees that can be found growing in the middle of street and often through the walls of houses.

From the second floor hallway, another cantera stone stairway leads to the third floor Family Room featuring a kitchenette with a small cooktop, bar sink, refrigerator and another WC. Exit through the beautiful mesquite and stained glass door outside onto a small, private terrace with potted plants and views above the neighborhood rooftops.

From the terrace, a stairway leads to a large roof deck with a beautiful view of historic San Miguel de Allende.

The house also has a large Garage with an automatic door opener which is available for parking.

There is a clothes washer and dryer located in the Garage.

We have a property manager who is always available in case of any problems. We also have a housekeeper and gardener who come every week for cleaning and laundry, and maintenance.
