Los Frailes home!

The community of Los Frailes is very friendly and pleasant with both Mexicans and Expats living there. It has stores close by, a bus that operates into Centro during the daytime, beautiful parks and an unofficial dog park which is wonderful if you are a pet owner. This home is a wonderful opportunity for either a part time or full time resident.

From the living room you see beautiful bright colored wall tile with decorative inserted ceramic Mexican plates making this a charming area for casual dining off of the kitchen area. The kitchen has a professional stove with proper vitalization for those we love to cook. Again the kitchen has colorful Mexican tile to give it a warm and pleasant feeling.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. One with and en suite bathroom and the other two with a shared bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have an entrance to a sunny terrace where one can read and relax and have their beverage of choice.
On the third level you have a separate room filled with lots of natural light that could be an artist studio or office depending on someone’s needs.
Their is also a roof terrace on the third level with spectacular views of mountains, trees and lush greenery.

You enter this home through a beautiful courtyard that has a large tree, fountain and plants. As you walk through the front door you come into a spacious grand room a fireplace. This room can either be a large foyer and living room or a dining area and living room depending on someone’s lifestyle.
