Casa Sierra Madre's colonial feel is complemented with views from all levels, private terrace off the master bedroom in addition to an amazing rooftop terrace. It is inviting and functional with all that one may need, and more, such as a water purification system, equipped kitchen, double-pane windows, superior internet signal, outdoor kitchen, and may perks here and there. The design and flow create a comfortable space for a single person or couple, although a larger group may be accommodated. 15 minute walking distance to the Jardin, although with the view you may not want to leave!

Price is $3,700/month. All utilities, maid and gardener are paid by tenant.  A trustworthy maid is recommended but not included.  Unless otherwise stated, prices are in US Dollars.

Minimum rent of 3 months. Pets are not allowed.
