Above the garage is the casita, office, studio or flex room. It was designed as a large open space with a full size bath, kitchenette, its own laundry connection for a stack washer and dryer, oven and refrigerator and closet.  The builder had a large piece of movable furniture made that can separate the bed area from a living and dining area, if the casita is being used as an apartment.  But if used as a studio or office, this furniture can be placed against the wall to provide large open areas.
