These are the owner’s own words, describing her amazing property which started as an incredible journey some 37 years ago, when she bought a piece of unattended land close to the mountains. This beautiful property is located 15 to 20 minutes driving distance from San Miguel de Allende and some 5 minutes away from Atotonilco, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The property can be accessed via the road to Dolores Hidalgo. It is located within a gated entrance. There are 4 main structures in this 14 hectares (34.77 acres) piece of property: a small 2 story cottage, with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen. The first home built by the owner in the land! Then you have another larger one floor cottage with a wrap-around porch and with an exquisitely decorated flowery vine entrance.
