Vicente Gelati Ultra View

Casa Vicente Gelati is very spacious, perfect for a large familiy.

On the first floor we have the garage, where up to 2 cars can fit, although the space is a little larger than that of 2 cars.
Also on the first floor we have a small "apartment" where you can feel a little more privacy, since it is in a different section than the main house. This small area has a kitchenette and a small living area, and 2 bedrooms with their full bathroom each. It also has a small laundry room and a small storage room.

On the first floor we also have a small part of the main section of the house, where there is a room with its own bathroom. Stairs lead straight into the kitchen and living/dining room. On this second floor we also have 3 different rooms, each with its own bathroom. 

The small balcony on this second floor (facing the garage) has stairs that lead to the roof terrace, where the true magic of this house begins: the view. This view is unmatched by any other. 
The terrace also has enough space and the infrastructure to set up a hot tub, a grill, and a pergola to provide some shade.

Casa Gelati has security cameras and an alarm system.
