This home is finished nicely with terracotta floors throughout and granite countertops in the lower kitchen and bathroom. All the woodwork was custom made. The house has been completely renovated and has all new appliances and furniture. 
There is one bedroom and bathroom on the lower level, and the same on the upper level. Both bedrooms have king size beds. Half the upper level is a rooftop terrace with views around the neighbourhood. The kitchen has a dishwasher (a relative rarity in San Miguel!), wall oven, cooktop, large fridge, and pantry.

Premium sheets and towels are provided for your stay.

There is a purified water tap in the kitchen for drinking water.

The Neighbourhood:
Colonia San Antonio is a large neighbourhood located next to the centre of the city.
Most of the streets are cobblestones, but ours is concrete. There are various restaurants and shops scattered throughout this colonia. We have always found the area to be safe, and you feel the energy of a typical Mexican neighbourhood: children playing in the street, people passing by, vendors selling their wares, etc. San Miguel is a
very old and densely populated city, with lots of people living nearby. We walk everywhere and love it!!!

Price Includes: Water, Internet, Cleaning once a week.
