This house it's so comfortable because you have all in one floor, the main house gots a nice patio with fountain in front, then the living and dining room are divided by a fireplace that heats the whole entretaining area, there is also a TV room or studio, kitchen with laundry inside, and half bathroom; the Master bedroom with walking closet and master bathroom is at the back and has access to another beautiful patio and to the garden with outdoor living and dining areas. The living room has french doors to allow people also access to the patio and garden.

This lovely home has thermaly adobe brick and radiant foors; this home is only a couple of minutes from the gated entrance and several minutes to the Club House and Golf Course. It is less than five 5miutes to shopping, restaurants, doctors, 
 and stores.

The guest room is totally separated from the main house, it gots  a cozy bedroom and bathroom. 

If the patios and garden are not enough open areas for you, the roof garden will complete your expectations, it is ample and with wonderfull views.
